Tom Price B.Sc.(Hons) MRICS, founder and principal of Thomas Price and Partners, is a farmer’s son, having been born into a long line of family ancestors who have successfully farmed in the Welsh border Counties for many generations. Tom has firmly established his own sound practical background after taking a keen interest at an early age on his family’s mixed livestock and arable farm on the Dale Peninsula, in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales.
Having decided to follow a career in the land based industry Tom graduated from Harper Adams Agricultural College in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, and then later qualified as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor and Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to establishing his own practice, Tom entered the profession in 1995 and has worked for two well known firms of Chartered Surveyors in South Wales and the West of England. Tom has gained valuable experience advising private individuals, corporate clients, charities, trustees, solicitors, accountants, as well as public and national bodies, where he has dealt with a diverse, and a multitude range of instructions, including acting as an expert witness under civil procedure rules and providing evidence at arbitrations.
Having worked for a wide range of clients and undertaken many instructions “on either side of the fence”. Tom has the expertise to make a full evaluation of the instruction and is able to offer a high standard of professional service which maximises the full potential to the client.
